Our shared servers should not be used for the sending of bulk emails.
Sending a bulk email can result in an email being reported as spam and the server blacklisted for sending spam not only for you but all users on the server.
QiQ can provide VPS servers with their own dedicated IP addresses for mailing purposes or alternatively, clients are encouraged to use services specifically designed for bulk email. Examples include https://mailchimp.com, https://mandrill.com and https://activecampaign.com.
If sending bulk emails from the QiQ server results in blacklisting, the financial costs associated with removing them - such as getting a new IP address allocated would be passed to the sender.
