For accounts opened BEFORE February 2009, (non-Cpanel users) you can access webmail and bypass the hosting control panel by going to:
http://mymail.qiq.cc/
If you have any issues, it is advisable to choose basic interface before logging in. This link can be used for all accounts and email only accounts opened BEFORE February 2009.

For accounts open AFTER February 2009 (Cpanel users) will need to go to:
http://yourdomainname.com/webmail (inputting your own domain name)
The link applies to all accounts including email only accounts opened AFTER February 2009
