1. Log in to your client portal at https://www.qiq.support/clientarea.php
2. Select "Services", then "My Services" from the menu at the top of the page to the left.
3. Select the hosting package you wish to upgrade by clicking the green "Active" button on the relevant package you are upgrading.
4. Click the "Upgrade/Downgrade" tab in the list of actions to the left and you will see a list of packages that you can choose to either upgrade or downgrade your package. Select the package you wish to upgrade to then follow the prompts.
PLEASE NOTE, UPGRADES/DOWNGRADES CANNOT BE PERFORMED FOR THE SERVICE YOU WISH IF THERE IS A PENDING INVOICE FOR YOUR PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN ISSUED. In this case, please kindly contact support.
