Anonymous FTP

The following article is for cpanel users only (for accounts after March 2009)

Anonymous FTP access can be enabled by logging in your cPanel. In the Files box you will find a link to Anonymous FTP.

Following this link will allow you to enable anonymous FTP access and configure all related options.

Bear in mind that the anonymous users must log with the username [email protected] and any password. You should substitute with your actual domain.

Please be cautious with the use of anonymous FTP as any user(s) can download potentially large files eating into your bandwidth allocation.
