Do you offer Secure Server solutions (SSL)?

FOR ACCOUNTS PRE MARCH 2009 ONLY:

We offer a Secure Server option and also a free shared certificate option. (Free shared server only available on Premium Plus)

The formula to access a free shared certificate is:

https://webXX.secure-secure.co.uk/D/

where XX is the web server

and D is the domain name.

For example

https://web11.secure-secure.co.uk/domain.com

Please make sure the trailing slash is added to the end of the domain and that the secure server access is granted to the domain name.

You can also have your own personalised secure server for £159.99. With your own secure server your customers can go to https://www.yourdomain.com instead of using our generic secure server service. This makes your site look more professional.

Once you have your own secure server any files in your public_html directory can be called from your secure address.

Please note that secure servers may take up to 4 days to be activated once you have placed your order. Secure server orders are non-refundable due to secure server certificate costs.

FOR ACCOUNTS AFTER MARCH 2009 (CPANEL)

An SSL certificate can be ordered at a cost of £49.99 per year.  This includes the cost of a fixed IP.  Please note that due to the fixed IP needing implementation, it may take approximately 24 to 72 hours to complete an SSL order. please contact support for further information if you wish to purchase an SSL certificate.
